Bushlands Tourist Park lies beside the rich gold bearing Long Creek in the historic village of Windeyer, in the picturesque hills of Central West NSW.  Relax under leafy shade trees in this tranquil grassy haven and enjoy watching the abundant bird life and local native animals.  Bushlands is a dog friendly park, but pets must be kept on a lead at all times and please clean up after them.

Bushlands has en-suite and standard cabins, powered sites, and camping area near camp kitchen with electric Bar-b-q.  The large amenities block houses toilets, showers, and laundry facilities and also has an extensive library, with plenty of games to entertain.
The shop is well stocked and open long hours, with pay phone (no mobile reception), ice, and gas bottle service.  Gold fossicking equipment can be hired at the shop too.  Bushlands has a wonderful old historic dance hall with stage and kitchen for hire for functions, meetings or conferences with a difference! 
Next door is the ‘Gold & Fleece Hotel’, where the atmosphere is always warm and friendly, with great meals served Thursday to Sunday.

Bushlands is just 40km from Mudgee, famous for top quality wines, olives, and honey. Wine tasting tours to a variety of unique wineries can be arranged through the Mudgee Visitors Centre.
Mudgee has many stately old buildings, a popular café district, boutique shopping and fine cuisine. Not far away are the old Gold towns of Hargreaves, Hill End and Gulgong with it’s amazing museum and Prince of Wales Opera House.
From Sydney the drive takes about three hours via the Blue Mountains and up from
Lithgow through spectacular scenery, passing popular fishing spots on Lake Windamere.
